I help people improve their lives through nutrition and fitness in 6 weeks! I create personalized meal plans and workout plans that are tailored to your health goals. It's time to take control over your health and feel good about your body!

What does the process look like?

Step 1 – Fill out a form and we will be in touch within the next 3-4 days
Step 2 – Meet together to talk about and design your personal plan
Step 3 – Set a start date for your plan to begin your personal journey
Step 4 – My team will create your personalized plan and send it to you
Step 5 – Start your plan and have regular check-ins so that we can continue to customize your plan to you throughout your journey
Step 6 – Experience the change in your life that you have been envisioning

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What does the macro count include?
Based off of your body, activity level, and goals, I will calculate your daily caloric intake and break it down into individual macronutrients. Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
What does the 6 week meal plan include?
A macro count specific to you for your health goals. There will be specific meals created for weeks 1-3 and then for weeks 4-6. There will be 3 meals and 2 snacks for each day of the plan. I will take into account any food allergies or aversions.
What does the coaching include?
Coaching includes weekly check-ins and access to asking me or my team questions at any time.
What do check-ins entail?
Each week, you will send your check-in (weight and pictures unless you choose to opt-out of) and we will discuss how the past week went, how you are feeling, and make any adjustments to your plan that are needed.
What does the workout plan include?
You will get a personalized workout plan that is catered to your goals! You will be added to a training app that will give you access to the workout program created for you. The app has videos to show you how to do the workouts and a section for you to track your weights and reps.
Do you offer payment plans?
No, all payment is required up front.
